Meet the Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the state with no criminal record, and able to read and write in English. You must also hold a current notary commission in your state, maintain Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, obtain Remote Online Notarization (RON) authorization if applicable, undergo a background check, maintain a professional and confidential work ethic, and keep a flexible schedule to accommodate mobile or after-hours appointments.

Complete Your Onboarding
Upon approval, notaries receive access to a customer portal where they can request and manage assignments, receive signing orders, upload completed documents, and communicate directly with clients. After completing assignments, we process payments fast, ensuring that notaries get paid quickly and efficiently for their hard work.

Get Equipped With Our Resources
We provide guidance on industry best practices, tips for remote notarizations, and access to real-world opportunities to grow your notary business, from succeeding as a mobile notary to avoiding common notary mistakes like improper use of seals.

Submit the Right Forms
You'll need to submit your notary forms, proof of certification, insurance documents, and any required notarial certificates during the online application process: a copy of your notary commission certificate, proof of Errors & Omissions insurance, and an identification verification form. Depending on your state, you may also need a notary bond, take a notary oath, and purchase a stamp or notary seal.

- Own a webcam and microphone for conducting notarizations via live audio-video (as required by RON laws)
